I do it all the time. Its how I apply cat piss treatment too. I spray about 2 feet up and hit all baseboards. Never had a problem.ever.

But I wouldn't do this in a nice home. I use rags to wipe of walls and baseboards that are dusty and full of cobwebs. I find it a lot behind couches and doors.
